Julie (Cobalovic) Clark is a graduate of DePaul Law School and is a partner at Edelman, Combs, Latturner & Goodwin, LLC. Ms. Clark focuses on class-action litigation with a particular emphasis on consumer matters. Ms. Clark has successfully argued before the Appellate Court, has presented to federal government agencies and has been a speaker at the Chicago Bar Association. She has successfully litigated and been appointed class counsel on numerous class actions in state and federal courts and has recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of consumers nationwide, helping to stop unwanted fax advertisements and harassing automated calls to millions of consumers pursuant to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Ms. Clark has likewise assisted in litigating cases and providing relief to consumers concerning matters such as and statutes including, but not limited to, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Illinois Consumer Fraud & Deceptive Practices Act.
