Tiffany N. Hardy is a partner at Edelman Combs Latturner & Goodwin, LLC, and is dedicated to advancing consumer rights through affirmative and defensive litigation. Ms. Hardy’s career has been dedicated to protecting consumers from abusive and fraudulent debt collection activities and fraudulent business practices. Ms. Hardy joined the firm in 2007. Prior to joining Edelman Combs Latturner & Goodwin, LLC, Ms. Hardy was a staff attorney for the Sargent Shriver National Center on Poverty Law where she advocated on behalf of low-income individuals in need of affordable housing.
Prior to her work at the Shriver Center, Ms. Hardy was a staff attorney for the Legal Aid Society of D.C. in the Public Benefits Unit where she assisted low-income clients in obtaining and retaining government benefits. Prior to her work with the Legal Aid Society of D.C., Ms. Hardy was a staff attorney at the Legal Aid Society of Mid-New York, Inc where her advocacy on behalf of low-income clients spanned various practice areas including consumer law.
Ms. Hardy is graduate of Tuskegee University (B.A.) and Syracuse University College of Law (J.D.). Immediately following law school Ms. Hardy served as a law clerk to the Honorable John G. Himmelberger in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County.
